Do I need any special equipment for the meditations?
No — they’re delivered digitally through the Teachable App. You'll set up an account with your own personal username and password. You can then instantly tap in and download them to your desktop, tablet, or smart phone. You DO, however, need to listen to them with stereo headphones, which means headphones that have a designated left and right side — look for the little ‘L’ and ‘R’ on most standard earphones. To experience the mood-altering benefits, these headphones are essential.
How long does a Meditation take?
The meditations can range between 10 to 25 minutes. Each topic will give you a different experience.
How should I choose which track to listen to?
These can be used intuitively. Sit quietly with your eyes closed and ask youself what you're needing in that moment. Tune in to what you want to uncover and release. If you're pressed for time, simply choose one of the shorter meditations as a tune up for your day. It's vital that you're in a safe and comfortable space - not driving or opperating heavy machinery.
How quickly will I experience results?
That’s the wonderful bonus of this incredible technology: unlike traditional meditation, you don’t need to wait years to learn how to induce a deep meditative state. Upon tuning in, you’ll imediately be able to slide into an altered state of consciousness, which means that results are at your finger tips. Is this a religious thing?
