KIND MIND™ MASTERCLASS SERVICE AGREEMENT

By purchasing and enrolling in the Kind Mind™ Masterclass (the “Program”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions established by Kind Mind, LLC (“Company”), owned and operated by Kaitlin Robinson-Kaplan, LMFT.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This Program includes access to digital workshops, guided meditations, and educational tools designed to support self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and personal development. Program access lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase and is delivered via the Kajabi platform.
2. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THERAPY
This Program is not psychotherapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. It does not create a therapist–client relationship between you and Kaitlin Robinson-Kaplan, LMFT. No diagnosis, individualized treatment, or crisis support is provided.
If you are in crisis or experiencing mental health symptoms, please seek support from a licensed healthcare provider or call emergency services.
3. ELIGIBILITY + AGE + PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate and use their payment method.
By purchasing, you affirm that:
• You are either 18 or older, OR
• You are under 18 and have received the legal and financial consent of a parent or legal guardian to access this Program and complete the purchase using their payment method.
We reserve the right to deny access or terminate accounts without refund if we believe this requirement has not been met.
4. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
If the Program includes community features (e.g., office hours or comment threads), you agree to treat others with respect and maintain emotional safety.
Harassment, hate speech, self-promotion, or abusive behavior may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.
5. REFUND POLICY
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After 14 days, all Masterclass purchases are final.
Refunds are not dependent on whether you have accessed, completed, or engaged with the content. Store credit, account pauses, billing freezes, and purchase transfers are not available. Kind Mind™, LLC reserves the right to deny any refund request at its sole discretion.
Membership Commitment (Final Sale):
• All monthly membership plans are billed on a 12-month commitment basis.
• Upon enrollment, you are agreeing to the complete purchase of the 12-month membership term, whether you choose a pay-in-full or payment plan option.
• No early cancellations, pauses, or partial refunds are available.
Platform Note:
All programs are hosted via Kajabi. While rare, temporary outages or platform bugs may occur. We will always work to resolve any issues promptly, but refunds will not be issued for temporary technical disruptions.
Expanded App Access:
For uninterrupted access, please use the desktop browser version. Platform or app issues (including downtime on Kajabi or related mobile apps) do not qualify for refunds.
6. ACCESS + PLATFORM LIMITATIONS
Access to Program content is hosted on Kajabi and may be interrupted for routine maintenance, technical issues, or updates.
You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and accessing the content via a desktop browser if mobile access is disrupted. No refunds will be issued for temporary outages or user-side tech issues.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials — including lessons, meditations, audio, worksheets, branding, and written content — are the intellectual property of Kind Mind, LLC.
You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or sell any part of the Program without express written permission.
8. OFFERINGS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Kind Mind™, LLC reserves the right to update, change, or remove content, features, or bonuses within the Program at any time. These changes do not entitle Participants to refunds, credits, or cancellations.
9. TRADEMARKS + BRAND NAMES
“Kaitlin Robinson’s Kind Mind Method™,” “Kind Mind Method™,” “Kind Mind™,” and any other names, logos, taglines, or variations referring to Kind Mind, LLC (collectively, the “Marks”) are the proprietary trademarks of Kind Mind, LLC.
You agree not to use, reproduce, or represent these Marks in any way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or ownership without prior written consent. References made within this Agreement or on the Program website to “Kind Mind™,” “Kind Mind Method™,” or any variation are all covered under the legal ownership of Kaitlin Robinson’s Kind Mind Method™, registered to Kind Mind, LLC.
10. NO GUARANTEES
You acknowledge that individual results vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Personal transformation is a nonlinear process and depends on your own participation and readiness.
Use at Your Own Risk:
You acknowledge that use of The Kind Mind Method™ tools and materials is voluntary and at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for your life choices, progress, and the results that follow. You affirm that you are in appropriate physical and mental condition to participate.
11. LIABILITY WAIVER
By enrolling, you release Kind Mind, LLC and Kaitlin Robinson-Kaplan, LMFT, from any and all liability for damages, losses, or injuries allegedly arising from your participation in the Program.
12. TESTIMONIALS DISCLAIMER
Any testimonials or endorsements featured in The Kind Mind Method™ content are personal experiences and are not guarantees of specific results. Individual outcomes vary significantly.
13. TAXES
Sales tax or VAT may apply depending on your state or country of residence. You are responsible for any such taxes.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. All claims or disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
15. ACCEPTANCE
By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement in full, including the eligibility and payment terms, refund policy, and legal disclosures.
You further acknowledge that enrollment constitutes a binding purchase agreement for the full Program term (12 months), whether paid in full or by payment plan, and that no early cancellations, pauses, or partial refunds are permitted.
