What if I've done Therapy?

That's actually perfect! Therapy offers you tools and insights that help you go deeper. This work is excellent in conjunction with therapy to help unvocer old stuck beliefs and replace them with new ones.

Do I need to be healed before I've joined?

In MHO, we are always a work in progress! Healing isn't a detination. This work is an opportunity to meet yourrself, whereever you are with loving kindness and compassion.

Will this actually help… or will it just be more fluff?

There’s no fluff here. Everything is rooted in neuroscience, somatic awareness, and subconscious healing. It’s designed to actually rewire the way you relate to yourself—not just cheerlead you for a week.

How do I fit this into my full schedule?

There's an old saying: You should meditate 20 minutes a day, and if you don't have time, then meditate for 60. I get it. It takes time to get quiet. To go inward and listen. But the truth is, you don't need that much time to reset your nervous system. This work is self-paced. And there's a fantastic community built in to help support you and hold your hand if your stuck, burnt out, or feeling lost. And there's a guided meditation for that too! Short ones and long ones. Cherry pick what feels right in the moment. There's not right or wrong way to do this.

What If I sign up and I don't follow through?

Honestly? That’s probably your perfectionism talking. And it’s okay. This space is built for imperfect humans who start, pause, circle back, and still grow. You can’t “fall behind” here.
